  3. one of my favorite 7"s by far. i can confidently say top 3

and i got it on EBAY!! buahahahah ramdomly too. just bought like 6 records off one guy one day cause i was board and i saw that one, the name sounded promising so i got it.

i also tracked down their other split EP they did with some other band.. the other band kinda sucks really.. pop punk crap... not at all the same type of band. but yeah i got'em both! was hard to find the other one.

  7. buahaha.. i was gonna say who cares if they have a bit of a bad rep, take your chances.. but i had a hard time with that fuck once...

one time, i ordered a 12" comp, forgot what it's call.. and he never sent it, when i asked about it, no reply! i sent msg after msg and nothing! so i looked thru his feedback for the bad ones and they were all the same as me. never got nothin, never got a reply, no refund.... total asshole.

you what i did??? since i sent him cash (thats what i used to do, worked 99% of the time) i had him address. i looked it up, it was his home address by what i could figure from google earth. so yeah i went thru over 8000 feedbacks and put alllll the bad ones together... over 50 of them i think. all with names and dates etc and i put that in a wordpad with a msg at the top explaining my problems and saying how much of a theif and a liar he is and threaten to spend twice as much as what i lost to send a printed letter to all of his neibors around his place. since the record was 25 bucks or so, that would mean 50 bucks spent at 96 cents each so yeah about 50 letters. i named off all the surounding roads to just to show him i wasn't fucking around and i knew where he lived... he said it was lost in the mail and to blame my mailman but he said that to everyone.. so yeah i told him i would wait two weeks to see if my record would finaly come in and if it didn't, i'd send out the letters.

a week and a half later i got it. he decided to mail it to me finally. the stamped proved the date to which it was first posted.. a date after i sent the "threat".

so yeah... long story short. it's an AWESOME RECORD!! and if you loose money from that scumbag, at least you wont loose much. and nowadays ebay's pretty safe and theirs protection for the buyers. and yeah i still have that letter and his mailing address :P at least i think i kept that. hahaha

(if youi don't buy it I WILL!)

  8. haha, crazy story.
ebay does have a new buyer protection program, but i already went through almost the same thing. the guy didn't have the best feedback but i gave it a shot. after winning the item, i tried to contact him several times, no response. then i filled a claim and he replied later that day, funny how that works. he said the shipment must have been held up in the mail. when i got the package his name and date were written in his signature, dated the day after i filled that claim.
