you can take "the neckties" off that list because now they want to be a metal band. too bad.

no, it's just the one guy who left the band, he wants to start a metal band.

history of hpr

i started this site a long time ago with the main focus on reviewing hardcore punk records (that i didn't own). that's why the original name of the site was hardcore punk reviews (and the same, unchanged blog address as to not destroy links elsewhere). then i started buying records. so i ripped and uploaded them here. the site was going strong for about two years, then i started posting less and less. i ended the site in 2012, as well as my tape label. i started other sites but none felt right (so all those posts will be imported here). that's why two years later i'm back. but now that my musical tastes have evolved, the submissions here will be more then just punk. now it's just a place for music i like, as it always was.
